Welcome to Tarnished Ones. By booking an appointment, visiting our website, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older for tattoos. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.
  • Tattoos may be available to minors with parental/guardian consent, in compliance with local laws.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo.
  • If you cancel or reschedule without at least 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling and deposit loss.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices vary based on size, design complexity, placement, and time required.
  • Quotes are estimates; final prices may change if design details are altered.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • We accept cash, Venmo, and card.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must complete and sign a consent form before receiving any service.
  • You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
  • We follow strict hygiene practices and use sterilized or single-use equipment.
  • Aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is your responsibility to follow them.

5. Refunds & Touch-Ups

  • Tattoos are permanent body modifications. No refunds are offered once the service is performed.
  • Free or discounted touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion within [X weeks/months].
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void eligibility for free touch-ups.

6. Artwork & Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by our artists remain the property of the artist.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use artwork without written permission.
  • Reference images are welcome, but our artists will create original work.

7. Liability Waiver

  • By receiving a tattoo or piercing, you acknowledge the potential risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, or scarring.
  • You agree that Tarnished Ones Tattoo and its artists are not liable for complications that may arise due to failure to follow aftercare instructions or undisclosed medical conditions.

8. Website Use

  • All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Tarnishes Ones Tattoo unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not copy or use our content without permission.
  • We are not responsible for third-party links or content outside our site.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
